 · In the Name of Suffering Review. by William York. Eyehategod 's first installment of ornery filth remains their most primitive sounding record, which is actually a big part of its appeal. The guitars are coarse and grainy -- a fitting match for frontman Michael Williams ' tortured laryngitis screams -- spilling out high-pitched feedback all over the place, while Joey LaCaze's snare drum sounds like a /10(54).

In The Name Of Suffering (re-issue + Bonus) 29/10/ CD.

Eyehategod - In the Name of Suffering - I don't really care if some people say they sound too much like the Melvins or other bands on Suffering, because to me the whole album sounds like a perfect example of how heavy sludge can get. Children of God, Hostility Dose, Hit a Girl. Alles irrsinnig gute Songs welche die Wut des /5(23).
